黑水虻油替代豆油对淇河鲫生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道消化酶活力的影响
摘要:
为研究黑水虻油替代豆油在淇河鲫生产实践中的效果,以黑水虻油替代淇河鲫基础饲料中不同质量分数的豆油,配制成5种等氮等脂饲料,饲喂初始体质量为(18.40±2.31)g的淇河鲫.56 d后检测其对淇河鲫生长性能、常规组分、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和肠道消化酶活力的变化.结果显示,各组之间淇河鲫末质量(FBW)、增重率(WGR)、存活率(SR)、肝体比(HSI)和肥满度(CF)变化均不显著.各试验组血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和甘油三酯(TG)水平与SO组相比均无显著性变化,但BSFO100组的LDL水平显著高于SO组.与SO组相比,各处理组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力无显著变化,BSFO75和BSFO100组的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力显著增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低,各处理组的脂肪酶活力无显著变化,各处理组的淀粉酶活力和BSFO25、BSFO50、BSFO75组胰蛋白酶活力均显著高于SO组.研究表明,在本试验条件下,黑水虻油替代饲料中100%的豆油不会影响淇河鲫的生长,且可以提高淇河鲫抗氧化能力及消化酶活力,在BSFO100组的淇河鲫血清中LDL水平显著升高,因此建议在淇河鲫饲料(脂肪质量分数为9.5%)中黑水虻油替代75%的大豆油为宜.
In order to study the effects of replacing soybean oil(SO)with black soldier fly larvae oil(BSFO)in Qihe crucian carp,five isolipidic and isonitrogen experimental diets were formulated by replacing SO with BSFO,respectively.After 56 days of feeding,the changes of growth performance,body composition,serum biochemical index,antioxidant capacity and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of Qihe crucian carp were detected.The results showed that there were no significant differences in FBW,WGR,SR,HSI and CF among the treatment groups.There were no significant changes in serum AST,ALT and TG levels in other groups compared with SO group.The LDL in BSFO100 group was significantly higher than that of SO group.Compared with the SO group,the SOD activity was not significantly changed in the other groups,the significantly increased CAT activity and the significantly decreased MDA activity were observed in BSFO75 and BSFO100 groups.There was no significant change in lipase activity among all the groups,while the higher trypsin activities were found in BSFO25,BSFO50 and BSFO75 groups than SO group.Compared to SO group,the amylase activities among the other groups were significantly elevated.Based on the results from growth performance,antioxidant capacities and digestive enzyme activities,and LPL content,it is recommended that the amount of BSFO instead of soybean oil could be 75%in the diet for Qihe crucian carp.
