山区民族旅游型乡村聚落格局演变研究——以贵州西江千户苗寨为例

基于贵州省典型村寨的空间属性数据和社会经济数据,运用计量地理学和GIS方法,分析不同时段乡村聚落格局演变特征,剖析山区民族旅游乡村聚落格局演变的影响因素.研究表明:(1)西江千户苗寨乡村聚落格局演变经历了缓慢起步、加速扩张及扩张回落3个阶段;空间上呈现较为显著的山地向平地转移、沿河、沿路及飞地扩张模式;(2)旅游用地扩张迅速,多来源于耕地、林地和原有宅基地,聚落用地容积率逐步提高,斑块形状日趋复杂、趋于密集、破碎化和不均衡发展.(3)西江千户苗寨乡村聚落格局的演变是区域自然因素与外部驱动因素综合作用的结果,农民人均纯收入、第三产业产值变化、旅游业发展等经济因素对聚落格局演变的强度、方向起主导作用.
Based on the spatial attribute and socio-economic data of typical villages in guizhou province,the paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of village settlement pattern in different periods by using quantitative geography and GIS methods,and analyzes the influencing factors of village settlement evolution of ethnic tourism in mountainous areas.The research results reveals:(1)There were three stages on the land use pattern evaluation,including slow start,accelerated expansion and expansion decline.In terms of space,there is a significant pattern of the transfer from mountain to flat land,along river,along road and the expansion of enclaves in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village.(2)Tourism land is transformed from arable land,woodland and original homestead.The plot ratio of settlement land is gradually increasing,and the shape of patches is becoming increasingly complex,dense,fragmented and unbalanced.(3)The evolution of rural settlement pattern in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village is the result of the combination of regional natural factors and external driving factors,economic factors such as the per capita net income of farmers,the change of output value of tertiary industry and the development of tourism play a leading role in the intensity and direction of the evolution of settlement pattern.
