绿色荧光碳点的合成及其对CrO4^2-的检测

以天然酸浆草为原料,使用一锅水热法制备了平均粒径约为2.3 nm的绿色荧光碳点.经紫外光谱和荧光光谱表征之后发现其在277 nm处出现明显的紫外吸收,最佳激发波长为390 nm,最佳发射波长为492 nm,用硫酸奎宁作标准物测得其量子产率为9.7%.合成的绿色荧光碳点在不同浓度的NaCl溶液中、常见金属阳离子以及大多数阴离子存在情况下,荧光性能都没有受到很大的影响,具有良好的稳定性.经过进一步的研究发现在CrO4^2-存在的条件下,该绿色荧光碳点的荧光强度出现了一定程度的猝灭,并且荧光强度与CrO4^2-质量浓度在10~80μmol/L时表现出良好的线性关系,因此该绿色荧光碳点可以在此范围内检测CrO4^2-,检测限为3.60μmol/L.

Using the natural Oxalis as raw material,one pot hydrothermal reaction was used to prepare the green fluorescent carbon dots with an average particle size of 2.3 nm.After being characterized by ultraviolet and fluorescence spectra,we found that there was an obvious ultraviolet absorption at 277 nm.The optimal excitation wavelength was 390 nm,and the optimal emission wavelength was 492 nm and the quantum yield was 9.7%.In addition,the fluorescence properties of the synthesized carbon dots have not been greatly affected in the presence of different concentrations of NaCl solution,common metal cations and most anions,showing good stability.The further studies showed that the fluorescence intensity of the carbon dots quenched to a certain extent in the presence of CrO4^2-,and showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of CrO4^2-at 10-80μmol/L.Therefore,the green fluorescent carbon dots can be used to detect the CrO4^2-and the detection limit was 3.60μmol/L.
