高原训练期间赛艇运动员微循环血流速度的变化与Hb,BU,CK关系的研究
摘要:
目的:通过对高原训练期间男子赛艇运动员肱二头肌微循环最大血流速度储备能力与常规机能指标关系的研究,探讨微循环最大血流速度储备能力应用于运动员身体机能状态监控的可行性;方法:早晨空腹状态下,使用PeriFlux System 5000激光多普勒血流监测仪对10名运动员肱二头肌微循环血流速度进行无创测试,同时在相应的时间节点对运动员进行指尖采血进行Hb,BU,CK等常规机能指标测试;结果:运动员肱二头肌微循环最大血流速度储备能力与常规机能指标均呈现出一定的负相关性,其中与CK存在显著的负相关(P<0.05),而与Hb,BU则均不存在显著性差异(P>0.05);结论:1)微循环最大血流速度储备能力可与Hb共同作用于运动员有氧能力的评定,且较单一的血红蛋白评定具有测试无创、针对性更强等优点;2)微循环最大血流速度储备能力可较好地反映出运动员对运动强度的适应情况及机体肌肉肌细胞的损伤情况,可作为一种无创性指标与CK共同应用于评价运动员对运动强度的反应.
By studying the relationship between maximun reserve capacity of microc irculatory blood perfusion and functional status of men rowers during altitude training,discussing the feasibility of maximun reserve capacity of microcirculatory blood perfusion applied athletes' physical status monitoring.Methods:By morning fasting state,10 male elite rowers were tested in biceps brachii muscles by using PeriFlux System5000.At the same time,blood testing for athletes,test indicators are Hb,BU and CK.Result:There is a certain negative correlation between between maximun reserve capacity of microcirculatory blood perfusion and general performance indicators,it is significant negatively correlated with CK,but there is no significant negative correlation with Hb,BU(P0.05).Conclusion:(1)The maximun reserve capacity of microcirculatory blood perfusion can be used to assess athletes aerobic capacity with hemoglobin,and have the advantages of noninvasive test,and more targeted than hemoglobin.(2)The maximun reserve capacity of microcirculatory blood perfusion can reflect level of exercise intensity stimulus for athletes and the body's muscle damage better.It can be used as a noninvasive index to reflect the level of exercise intensity stimulus for athletes with CK.
