温度、光照和磷质量浓度对小环藻、大型溞和金鱼藻共培养的影响

摘要:

为了研究温度、光照和磷质量浓度对生物操纵效果的影响,选用小环藻、大型溢和金鱼藻分别作为浮游植物、浮游动物和大型水生植物的代表种,建立不同磷质量浓度(0.05、0.1、0.5、2mg/L)的水生微宇宙模型,研究不同温度梯度(15、20、25、30℃)、不同光照强度(1000、2600、4200、5800Ix)及不同光暗比(10;14、12t12、14;10、16:8)条件下浮游动物和沉水植物的控藻效果.结果表明:磷质量浓度为0.05~0.5mg/L、温度在20~25℃时,大型潘和金鱼藻生长较好,对小环藻有明显的抑制作用;磷质量浓度为0.05~0.5mg/L、光照强度在1000~4200lx时,大型潘和金鱼藻对小环藻有明显的抑制作用;强光(5800lx)有利于小环藻、金鱼藻的生长,但对大型潘有抑制;磷质量浓度为0.05~0.5mg·L^-1,光暗比为14h:10h时,大型潘和金鱼藻生长最好,可以达到很好的抑藻效果;当磷质量浓度相同时,温度30℃、光照5800lx时,培养液中氯磷去除率最高.

In order to study the influence of temperature, illumination and phosphorus concentration on the effect of bio- manipulation. Cyclotella sp. , Daphnia magna, Ceratophyllura demersum have been selected respectivelys as representatives of phytoplankton, zooplankton and submerged macrophyte, to establish the model of aquatic microcosm under different phosphor- us mass concentrations (0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 2 rag/L) to research the joint-inhibiting effect on algal of zooplankton and the sub- merged macrophyte under different temperature gradient (15, 20, 25 and 36 ℃), different light intensity (1000, 2600, 4200, 2600 Ix) and different light/darkness ratio (10 h : 14 h, 12 h : 12 h, 14 h : 10 h, 16 h : 8 h). The result indicates that when phosphorus concentration was 0.05 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, temperature was 20--25 ℃, Daphnia magna and Ceratophyllum dem- ersum grow better, which exerte significantly inhibition on Cyclotella sp. When phosphorus mass concentration was 0.05 mg/ L to 0. 5 mg/L, under the condition of light intensity between 1000--4200 lx, there is one stronger joint-inhibiting effect on Cyclotella sp of Daphnia magna and Ceratophyllum demersum. When phosphorus concentration is set as 0.05 mg/L to 0.5 mg/ L, it is advantageous to the growth of Cyclotella sp. and Ceratophyllum demersum in strong light intensity (5800 Ix) condi- tion, but goes against tKe growth of Daphnia magna. When phosphorus concentration was 0.05 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, light/ darkness ratio of was 14 h : 10 h, daphnia raagnwcan ceratophyllun demersum grewbest, and can lead to a very good control- ling effect on Cyclotella sp. Under one certain phosphorus concentration, when the temperature was 30 ℃, illumination is 5800 Ix, there is one high removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus in the medium.FEWER
