不同运动方式对哮喘患儿肺功能影响的网状Meta分析

摘要:

[目的]通过网状Mate分析法比较呼吸训练、耐力训练、综合训练、其他训练对哮喘患儿肺功能的干预效果.[方法]计算机检索国内外有关运动对哮喘患儿肺功能影响的随机对照试验.采用Revman 5.3和Stata 16软件进行统计学分析.[结果]共纳入34项RCT,涉及研究总样本量2560人.分析结果显示:在改善哮喘患儿肺功能方面,呼吸训练、耐力训练、综合训练、其他训练均优于对照组.亚组分析结果显示:哮喘患儿短期内(<12周)的肺功能改善更显著.[结论]呼吸训练和耐力训练(<12周)是改善哮喘患儿肺功能的最佳运动方式和干预周期.

[Objective]To compare the intervention of respiration training,endurance training,comprehensive training and other training on lung function in patients with asthma by using the network meta-analysis.[Methods]Randomized controlled trials on the effects of exercise on pulmonary function in children with asthma were searched by computer.Statistical analysis was performed by using Revman 5.3 and Stata 16 software.[Results]A total of 34 RCTS involving a total sample size of 2560 people were included.The analysis results show that terms of improving pulmonary function of children with asthma,respiratory training,endurance training,comprehensive training and other training were better than those of the control group.The results of subgroup analysis showed that patients with asthma had more significant improvement in lung function in the short term(<12 weeks).[Conclusion]Respiration training and endurance training(<12 weeks)is the best exercise to improve lung function of asthmatic children.
