澜沧江下游梯级水库浮游动物群落结构与环境因子关系

澜沧江是世界著名河流,也是我国13个水电基地之一.为了解本区域梯级电站对下游水生态的影响,2021年3月、6月和9月对澜沧江下游糯扎渡和景洪水库进行调查,采用水质综合指数法(WQI)、主坐标分析(PCoA)和典范对应分析(CCA)等方法研究澜沧江下游梯级水库浮游动物群落特征及其与环境因子的关系.结果显示糯扎渡和景洪水库水质为Ⅱ~Ⅲ类,水体营养状态为贫营养~中营养;浮游动物密度组成以原生动物和轮虫为主,生物量构成以桡足类和轮虫为主.糯扎渡和景洪库区上游的浮游动物组成与坝下和坝前均差异明显,TN和Chl.a显著影响了糯扎渡水库浮游动物的群落结构,WT、TN和DO显著影响了景洪水库浮游动物的群落结构.

The Lancang River is a famous river in the world.It is also one of the 13 hydropower bases.In orde r to understand the impact of cascade power station on downstream water ecology in this region,Nuozhadu and Jinghong reservoirs in the lower reaches of Lancang River have been investigated in March,June and September 2021,and water quality composite index(WQI),principal coordinate analysis(PCoA)and canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)were used to study the zooplankton community characteristics and the relationship between environmental factors in the cascaded reservoirs in the lower reaches of Lancang River.The results showed that the water quality of Nuozhadu and Jinghong reservoirs was classⅡtoⅢ,and the water nutrition state was poor to medium nutrition.Zooplankton density composition was dominated by protozoa and rotifers,while biomass composition was dominated by copepods and rotifers.The zooplankton composition in the upper reaches of Nuozhadu and Jinghong Reservoir was significantly different from that under and in front of the dam.TN and Chl.a were the environmental factors that significantly affected the zooplankton community in Nuozhadu Reservoir,and WT,TN and DO in Jinghong Reservoir.
