基于氮掺杂的碳点快速检测环境样品中 2,4-二硝基苯酚
摘要:
为快速灵敏检测 2,4-二硝基苯酚(2,4-DNP) , 以丙二酸和聚丙烯酰胺为前驱体 ,通过绿色简便的一步 水热法合成氮掺杂碳点(N-CDs) . 通过透 射 电 子 显 微 镜(TEM) 、傅 里 叶 变 换 红 外 光 谱(FTIR) 、紫 外 可 见 吸 收 光 谱 (UV-Vis)和荧光光谱对氮掺杂碳点的结构和光学性能进行了表征 ;并利用氮掺杂碳 点 构 筑 新 型 荧 光 探 针 检 测 环 境 样品中2,4-DNP,考察其检测效果和淬灭机理 . 结果表明 ,2,4-DNP可 特 异 性 识 别 并 淬 灭 碳 点 的 荧 光 ,淬 灭 机 理 为 内 滤效应 ;探针的淬灭度与 2,4-DNP质量浓度在 0.050~ 10.000 mg/L范围内有良好的线性响应 ,检测限为 0. 015 mg/L; 加标回收试验表明构建的方法能成功用于实际水样和土样中 2,4-DNP 的检测 .
N-doped fluorescentcarbon dots(N-CDs) were prepared by using malonicacid and polyacrylamideas the pre- cursors via a green simple one-step hydrothermal method to rapidly and sensitively detect2, 4-dinitrophenol(2, 4-DNP) . The structure and opticalpropertiesofN-CDswerecharacterized bytransmission electron microscopy(TEM) , fouriertransform in- frared spectroscopy(FTIR) , ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and fluorescence spectroscopy. A novelfluo- rescentprobe was constructed based on N-CDs to detect2,4-DNP in environmentalsamples, and the sensitivity and quenching mechanism were furtherinvestigated. The results indicated that the fluorescence of N-CDs was specifically quenched by 2, 4- DNP with the quenching mechanism ofstatic quenching. There was a good linear relationship between the quenching effectof the probe and the 2,4-DNP concentration in the rangeof0. 050-10. 000mg/L, and the detection limitwas0. 015mg/L. There- covery experiments dedicated thatthe constructed method can be successfully utilized to analyze2,4-DNP in actualwatersam- plesand soilsamples.
