The effects of the low pass filter on the amplitude death in the coupled oscillators with time delay

摘要:

研究具有不同截止频率的低通滤波器对时延耦合周期和混沌振子的振幅死亡的影响.结果表明,当耦合振子系统的耦合通道具有低通滤波特性时,其截止频率的减小有利于耦合振子系统走向振幅死亡.低通滤波效应可以使原本不存在振幅死亡的时延耦合振子系统产生振幅死亡,使原本存在的振幅死亡岛的区域面积增加.研究成果可以为理解生物系统的节律产生和控制提供理论支持.

The effects of the low pass filter with different cutoff frequency on the amplitude death of coupled periodical or chaotic oscillators with time delay are explored.The decreasing cutoff frequency is beneficial to realize amplitude death in the coupled oscillators with coupling channel containing time delay and low pass filter characteristics.The low pass filter of the coupling channel tends to generate amplitude death or enlarge the amplitude death island of the coupled oscillators with time delay.The results are helpful to better understand the rhythm control of the coupled system.
