Response of soil microorganisms to atmospheric nitrogen deposition:A review
摘要:
稳定的生态系统对维持生态平衡具有重要意义,而土壤微生物是影响生态系统稳定的重要因素.剧烈的人类活动引起的大气氮沉降对土壤微生物产生了巨大影响.氮沉降增加了陆地生态系统有效氮累积,通过改变生物地球化学循环、土壤微环境以及土壤微生物间的关系,驱动土壤微生物群落结构、多样性和功能的改变.基于此,通过整理国内外关于模拟大气氮沉降导致微生物变化的研究,从氮沉降对土壤微生物生物量、群落结构和多样性、功能群以及响应机理等方面探讨其对微生物产生的影响.探究氮沉降将如何改变微生物功能,进而影响生态系统结构、功能和动态.
Stable ecosystems are of great significance to maintain ecological balance,and soil microorganisms are an important factor affecting the stability of ecosystems,but atmospheric nitrogen deposition caused by human activities has a huge impact on soil microorganisms.Nitrogen deposition will increase the accumulation of available nitrogen in terrestrial ecosystems,and drive changes in structure,diversity,and functions of soil microbial communities by changing the relationship between biogeochemical cycles,soil environment and microbes.Therefore,this article sorts out domestic and foreign studies on simulated nitrogen deposition leading to microbial changes,and discusses its impact on microorganisms from the aspects of nitrogen deposition on soil microbial biomass,community structure and diversity,functional groups,and response mechanisms,and aims to explore how nitrogen deposition will change the function of microorganisms and then affect the structure,function and dynamics of the ecosystem.
