摘要：

面向多灾种综合风险防范业务域,针对应急决策多源异构数据接入集成的基础数据保障需求,以及多灾种综合风险防范的辅助决策空间可视化展示需求,基于微服务架构,采用消息总线模式和插件化机制集成技术,通过GEOVIS数字地球综合可视化技术,创建涵盖常态减灾与非常态救灾、面向多主体的多灾种综合风险防范信息服务集成平台,有效解决多灾种综合风险防范信息服务所需跨行业、多部门共享数据的接入集成和灾害空间可视化管理问题,实现监测预警、应急救灾、灾情研判、灾后重建等灾害管理的全过程可视化表达.为应急管理行业风险防范信息服务的系统化、标准化、规模化技术应用推广提供业务技术支撑.

Facing multi-disaster integrated risk prevention business domain,guaranteeing the basic data of multi-source heterogeneous data access integration for multi-disaster emergency decision-making needs,and the space visualization for auxiliary decision-making of multi-disaster comprehensive risk prevention required.Based on the microserver architecture,adopting the message bus mode and integrated technology of plug-in mechanism,creating a multi-disaster integrated risk prevention information service integration platform that covers both normal disaster reduction and unusual disaster relief for multi-subject by comprehensive visual representation of GEOVIS Digital Earth,effectively solve the problem of accessing integration and disaster space visualization management of data sharing across industries and departments.To achieve monitoring early warning,emergency relief,disaster assessment,post-disaster reconstruction,etc.and other disaster management visualization expression of the whole process.To provide business technical support for the systematic,standardized and large-scale applying popularization of comprehensive risk prevention information services in the emergency management industry.
