Relationship of zooplankton and environmental factors in spring in North Canal in Beijing
摘要:
为了解春季北京地区浮游动物群落结构特征,于2015年对流经北京地区的北运河水系的39个采样点位进行了调查.运用浮游动物香农威纳指数以及典范对应分析对浮游动物群落结构进行评价.结果表明,共鉴定出浮游动物4类83种,各采样点位平均密度为169.27ind./L,香农威纳指数平均值为0.66,均匀度平均值为0.17.典范对应分析表明:影响北运河浮游动物群落结构的主要环境因子为溶解氧和总磷.综合分析得出结论,北运河水系浮游动物群落多样性指数较低,水体为重度污染.
To examine the community structure characteristics of zooplankton,39 sampling sites of Jinan river basin was investigated in 2015.The results showed that 90 species of zooplankton of summer were identified,with an average density of169.27 ind./L,and Shannon-Wiener-diversity index,Pieiouevenness index was 0.66 and 0.17;Canonical correspondence analysis results show that TP and DO are important environmental factors affecting of zooplankton community structure of two basin respectively.Comprehensive analysis concluded that North Canal zooplankton diversity index was relatively low,and the water were in a state of heavy pollution.
