Effects of temperature on the cleavage of embryo form loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)

泥鳅是重要经济养殖鱼类,但是关于温度对泥鳅的受精卵卵裂研究还没有详细报道.本研究通过观察泥鳅的胚胎发育在不同水温(17±0.5)℃、(20±0.5)℃、(23±0.5)℃、(26±0.5)℃、(29±0.5)℃、(32±0.5)℃对卵裂间隔时间(T_0)的影响.结果表明:泥鳅胚胎发育可划分受精卵、卵裂期、原肠胚期、神经胚形成期、器官形成期、出膜期6个阶段.在一定水温范围内,第一次卵裂时间随水温升高而缩短,每升高1℃,约提前3.5min,通过回归分析第一次卵裂时间(y)和水温(x)的关系可以归纳为:y/min=-78.5ln(x/℃)+298.96(R^2=0.99).水温越高,卵裂间隔时间也越短,间隔时间与温度的回归方程为:y/min=44.188-0.002x/℃3+0.142 8x/℃2-3.553 6x/℃(R^2=0.987 1).
Loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)is a very important cultured species.However,there is lack of information about the effects of temperature on its cleavage of fertilized eggs.In this report,through the observation of embryonic development of M.anguillicaudatus,we recorded cleavage time of oosperm at different water temperatures[(17±0.5)℃、(20±0.5)℃、(23±0.5)℃、(26±0.5)℃、(29±0.5)℃、(32±0.5)℃]to know about the influence of water temperature on mitotic interval T0.Result indicated that M.anguillicaudatus embryonic development consists of oosperm phase,cleavage phase,gastrula phase,phase of formation of neurulation,organogenesis phase and hatch phase.In a range of water temperature,the higher the temperature was,the shorter the first cleavage.About 3.5 min faster with every 1℃increased.Via regression analysis,the relationship between first cleavage time(y)and water temperature(x)concluded to y/min=-78.5 ln(x/℃)+298.96(R^2=0.99).Further more,the higher the temperature was,the shorter the mitotic interval T0 was.The relationship between mitotic interval T0(y)and water temperature(x)concluded to y/min=44.188-0.002(x/℃)^3+0.142 8(x/℃)^2-3.553 6(x/℃)(R^2=0.987 1).
