Purification of phytosterol from corn silk

植物甾醇具有重要的食用和药用价值,研究了农业废弃物玉米须中植物甾醇的提取结晶工艺.玉米须经过皂化处理后,通过超声波辅助提取,得到的粗品经氯仿萃取后,通过正交试验确定最佳结晶工艺条件:粗品和乙酸乙酯以1mL∶1g的料液比在0℃处理12h,可得到植物甾醇的结晶,再滴加甲醇抽滤后得到植物甾醇重结晶,纯度为92.36%±0.33%(w/w).
The purification processes of phytosterols which have significant medicinal and edible value were studied from corn silk by saponification.The highest extraction phytosterols recovery was acquired by the ultrasonic assisted method.The maximum phytosterols crystal was achieved with ethyl acetate as solvent after being extracted by chloroform at0℃for12h with1/1ratio of material liquld(mL·g-1).The purity of the crude phytosterols was92.36%±0.33%(w/w)after crystallation by methanol.
