Preparation of Taxol Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients by Purification of Taxol from Taxus chinensis Cell Culture
摘要:
通过考察紫杉醇提纯的多种方法,优化结晶析出法和柱层析法的工艺参数,首次将红豆杉细胞培养生产的65%的紫杉醇粗品分离纯化为符合美国药典USP标准的紫杉醇原料药.以红豆杉细胞培养生产的65%的紫杉醇粗品为原料提纯制备紫杉醇原料药的方法,重复性好、工艺合理、操作简单、绿色安全,有望解决紫杉醇原料药的药源供应严重不足的问题.
A total of 65 % taxol crude produced by Taxus chinensis cell culture was first purified to meet the requirements of USP standard of taxol in the United States Pharmacopoeia by investigating various methods of taxol purification, preferably by crystallization and column chromatography.The method has the advantages of good repeatability, reasonable process, simple operation and green safety.The drug supply of taxol active pharmaceutical ingredients was greatly expanded.
