Isolation and Identification of Photosynthesis Bacteria and Its Effect on the Water Quality in Aquaculture Ponds of Grass Carp Fry

从养殖池塘底泥样品中分离纯化得到紫色非硫光合细菌1株,通过观察分离菌株的细胞形态结构和16SrDNA序列分析,鉴定该株光合细菌属于沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodops eudomonaspalusteris).采用三级扩大培养法生产光合细菌,活菌数达3×10~9 cfu/mL.在草鱼鱼苗养殖池塘投加光合细菌,可维持池塘透明度,明显降低亚硝酸盐和氨氮含量.

A strain of purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria was isolated from the mud samples of aquaculture ponds.According to the cell morphology and the sequence analysis of 16 SrDNA,the strain was identified as Rhodopseudomonaspalusteris.The number of living bacterium were 3x10^9 cfu/mL through a three-stage progressive scale-up culture.After adding the bacteria to aquaculture ponds of grass carp fries,the transparency of the experiment ponds can be kept,and the contents of ammonia andnitrite nitrogenobviously decreased.
