运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对健身俱乐部私人教练的市场需求进行了调查,对地方高校体育专业毕业生与私人教练这一职业的吻合度进行了分析.结果显示:目前健身行业迫切需要数量充足、工作经验丰富、运动能力强以及具有良好沟通能力和敬业精神的私人教练.作为健身行业人才培养基地的地方体育院校毕业生与私人教练这一职业缺乏吻合度,启示地方体育院校要合理定位、特色发展,引导学生选择健身指导模块,有针对性地开设私人教练的相关课程;同时与当地健身俱乐部进行校企深度合作,资源共享,完成订单式培养,实现企业、高校双赢.

This research for fitness club private coach market has been done through Literature data method, question- naire survey method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method. At the moment, fitness needs numbers of pri- vate coaches who are stable, more experienced, energetic, communicative, professional dedication. As the base of training for fitness talents, the local colleges don＇t produce enough graduates which meet the needs of the fitness club. This reminds the col- leges of setting the proper goals, developing with its own features, guiding the students to be fitness director, and opening the related courses. At the same time, it is better for the colleges to cooperate with the fitness clubs, sharing resources, training the students according to the needs so as to achieve a double win.
