Rapid Screening of 130 Toxicants in Blood by Direct Analysis in Real Time-orbitrap High-resolution Mass Spectrometry

血液样品经乙酸乙酯提取、离心、取上清液5μL筛网进样,采用正离子模式扫描进行实时直接分析离子源-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(DART-Orbitrap MS)分析,通过比对130种毒物精确分子质量数据库,建立了血液中毒物快速筛查分析方法.结果表明:130种毒物的检出限(以3倍S/N计算)为0.2~50μg/L,质量精确度均在5×10-6μg以内.该方法样品前处理简单、溶剂消耗少,具有分析时间短、灵敏度高的特点,适用于血液中毒物的快速筛查分析.
Take out the blood samples supernatant 5μL mesh screen injection modules, which has been extracted by eth- yl acetate and then centrifuged. 130 toxicants were analyzed by direct analysis in real time-orbitrap high-resolution mass spec- trometry (DART-Orhitrap MS) in positive mode. By comparing the 130 toxicants accurate mass database, a high-throughput method for the screening of toxicants in blood was developed. The results showed the detection limits of these 130 toxicants ranged from 0.2 to 50 μg/L and Mass error (〈5 × 10 6μg). The method is simple, rapid, sensitive with a little less solvent consumptive. It is suitable for screening and confirmation of toxicant in blood samples.
