孔祥会 博士 教授 博导
孔祥会,博士,二级教授,博士生导师。水产动物疾病控制河南省工程实验室主任,河南省学术技术带头人,河南省科技创新杰出青年,河南省高校创新人才,水产一级学科带头人,水产博士学位授权点带头人,河南省创新型科技团队带头人。获河南省先进工作者,河南省优秀党员,河南省职业道德建设先进个人,betway官方app 首届校园十大育人楷模等称号。现为中国水产学会理事,中国鱼类学会理事,河南省水产学会秘书长。2004年获厦门大学博士学位;2007年中科院水生所生物学博士后流动站完成博士后研究;2009-2010年在美国University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)留学。
孔祥会教授长期以来从事水产动物免疫和疾病防控、免疫组学解析、疫苗研发和药物创新等研究,并取得重要研究成果。主持国家自然科学基金3项,主持国家863项目子课题、河南省科技创新杰出青年计划和河南省重点科技攻关项目等20余项;参与完成国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家973项目子课题、国家“蓝色粮仓”重点专项等。在Aquaculture, Vaccine, Fish Shellfish Immun, J Fish Dis,中国科学和科学通报等重要学术刊物上发表学术论文160余篇,其中SCI源期刊收录论文80余篇。出版学术专著3部,授权国家发明专利5项,获河南省科技奖励3项。
▊已取得的创新性成果
孔祥会教授创新性成果及科学发现主要有:(1)采用分子免疫学、免疫组学和生物信息学等技术方法,系统研究了病原感染后水产动物免疫响应模式、信号调控通路及其免疫调节机制。学术成果发表在Aquaculture、Fish & Shellfish Immunology等期刊发表。此外,还分别研究了抗菌肽、抗氧化酶、溶菌酶等不同的天然免疫相关基因及其对病原体的响应。(2)系统研究了水产动物重要病原的生物学和流行病学,弄清病原与机体互作、入侵致病过程及其致病机制,为疾病防控提供指导。取得的重要学术成果已在Aquaculture、Journal of fish disease等期刊发表上发表。(3)水产动物疫苗研发和疫苗导入技术。针对重要致病病原,研究和制备高效的灭活疫苗、弱毒疫苗和亚单位疫苗。取得的重要成果已在Vaccine、Fish & Shellfish Immunology等期刊发表;团队自行研发的超声波和高渗食盐辅助浸浴法高效疫苗导入技术,对小规格鱼种免疫有独到优势,已推广应用2000余亩,获得较好的经济效益和生态效益。(4)新型绿色渔药创制。利用代谢组学筛选水产动物小分子代谢物,作为渔药增效剂,以大幅减量渔药使用。研发适用于水产动物的中草药制剂和免疫增加剂,以增强机体免疫,预防疾病的发生。
