Henan Normal University(HNU)is a key university in Henan Province of China, founded in 1923. It has been funded and supported by the Chinese Ministry of Education since 2015. Over the past 95 years, HNU has developed into a comprehensive university. In 2017, the Green Chemistry & Electric Source Materials displine was evaluated to be part of the National Overseas Expertise Introduction Project for Discipline Innovation (“111 Project” for short). There are 10 doctoral programs of first-level disciplines in Environmental Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, etc. 28 key provincial disciplines in HNU.The Chemistry, Engineering and Material Science rank the top 1% on global ESI (Essential Science Indicators) list. The Environmental Sciences Laboratory and Green Chemistry Key Laboratory are financially supported by China’s Ministry of Education. HNU will become more open-up and enterprising to expand its overseas cooperation and improve its internationalized education level, and make it more prestigious and distinctive nationally and internationally.
